DAY (1): Bangkok – Arrival
Transfer from the airport to hotel – Check in time at 14:00 hrs.
Free day.
Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight at hotel : Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside hotel, Narai hotel or Picnic hotel.
DAY (2): Bangkok (Orientation Tour by local transport)
Discover the daily life in Bangkok by subway followed by a ride on a water taxi on the Chao Phraya River towards the pier at Tha Tien. Visit the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew which houses the Emerald Buddha. Continue to visit Wat Po and taste ‘kai kratiem’ – fried chicken with garlic and soy sauce. Lunch will be arranged at a restaurant along the river.
In the afternoon, discover Chinatown – Yaowarat and the vibrant flower market.
Thai Dinner & Classical Dances show at “Silom Vilage”
Overnight at hotel.
DAY (3): Bangkok – Damnoen Saduak – Kanchanaburi (190km – 3 hours)
Depart for Damnoen Saduak. Along the way, stop at a coconut sugar factory.
Proceed to visit the floating market on a long-tail boat.
Continue to Kanchanaburi with visit to the War Cemetery and Bridge Over The River Kwai and taste ‘Kaeng Kai Baan – curry chicken which is a specialty of Kanchanaburi.
Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a train ride on the globally famous ‘Death Railway’.
Afterward transfer to River Kwai Village Resort.
Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight at River Kwai Village Resort (Mountain or River Wing).
DAY (4): Kanchanaburi – Ayutthaya – Lopburi – Phitsanuloke (380km – 5 hours)
Depart for Ayutthaya, former capital of the Siam Kingdom and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Visit the Wat Phra Mongkhon Bophit which houses the large bronze Buddha image, the Wat Phra Si Sanphet which is the most important temple in Ayutthaya and Wat Lokayasutharam (Temple of the Reclining Buddha).
Lunch at a local restaurant with Taste ‘Pad Thai’ – noodle fried with soy sauce, shrimps and fish sauce and …
In the afternoon, visit the Monkey Temple. Arrive in Phitsanuloke at the end of the day.

Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight at hotel Top Land Plaza.
DAY (5): Phitsanuloke – Sukhothai – Lampang – Chiang Mai (375km – 5 hours)
Depart for the historical city of Sukhothai – UNESCO World Heritage site.
Visit the Wat Mahathat and Wat Sra Sri.
Take the opportunity to do some bicycling or just stroll around the ancient city.
Taste ‘Tom Ka Kai’ – chicken coconut soup flavoured with lemongrass.
Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant.
Continue driving to Chiang Mai.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight at hotel The Empress or The Park hotel.
DAY (6): Chiang Mai
Observe the sunrise offerings ceremony: a long procession of monks through the city led by the most senior monk.
Visit Doi Suthep – one of the largest Buddhist temples in Thailand.
Taste the national drink – SangSom.
Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant.
Visit Elephant camp to see Elephant At Work Show. (Elephant Ride – Optional – own expenses)
Lunch at Orchid Farm.
Visit Sankhamphaeng Handicraft Village to appreciate the diversity of North crafts and shop for lacquer, silk, jewellery and umbrellas etc.
In the evening – Enjoy Kantoke Dinner with Northern traditional dances.
Optional: 01 hour collective session of traditional Thai massage (own expenses).
Free time to explore the night market in Chiang Mai.
Overnight at the hotel.
DAY (7): Chiang Mai – Lampang – Tak (300 Kms.)
Breakfast – Check out
Transfer to Lampang – visit local market on the way – Visit Burmese temple in Lampang
Lunch at a local restaurant –Taste of Kaeng Hanglay (Chicken curry northern Thai style).
Afterwards drive to Tak and on the way visit Phumipol Dam
Check in at Vieng Tak Hotel
Dinner at a local restaurant
Overnight at Vieng Tak Hotel
DAY (8): Bangkok – Departure
Breakfast at hotel and Check out.
Transfer to Bangkok and on the way visit Lopburi at Monkey shrine and Ruins Temple.
Afterwards continue driving to Bangkok.
Check in at Airy Airport hotel / Where you can have late lunch or dinner at the hotel (own expenses)

Transfer to Bangkok airport for the return flight.
