DAY (1): BANGKOK – CHIANG MAI

Evening departure from Bangkok to Chiang Mai by air-conditioned coach, train. (If by flight, begin with Day 2)

DAY (2): CHIANG MAI – DOI SUTHEP (L)

• Morning arrival at Chiang Mai, transfer to the selected hotel.
• Free time till lunch at local restaurant.
• Afternoon tour to Phu-Ping Rajanivej.
• Royal Winter Palace (Open only Fri, Sat,Sun), historic Doi Suthep Temple (3,500 feet above sea level) with gardens and pagoda containing relics of the Lord Buddha.
• Overnight at the selected hotel.

DAY (3): CHIANG MAI – HOME INDUSTRIES (B-L)

• Breakfast.
• Visit to Sankhampang, famous Thai Handicraft Village, with silk & cotton hand-weaving factories and Borsarng to see umbrellas and sa paper making, teak-wood carving silverware and lacquer-ware craftsmen at work
• Lunch
• Afternoon leisure time for shopping in town.
• Overnight at the selected hotel.

DAY (4): CHIANG MAI – BANGKOK (B)

• Breakfast.
• Depart Chiang Mai to Bangkok:
a) Morning / Evening coach
b) Evening express train (Overnight train)
c) Airplane
