Ko Chang Islands National Park

covers the Chang island and other smaller isles within Trat territorial waters. All these site are lovely and pleasant and some are coral habitat. Koh Chang, the largest among the 52 islands of Trat, is also the second largest island after Phuket. Covering an area of 429 square kilometers, it features fine beaches, ranges and plentiful marine life. It is also rich in natural resources hills, forests and streams, the latter an important fresh-water sources. They also create several beautiful waterfalls. Fruit orchids dot the Island. On Koh Chang itself are several waterfalls with reasonable
access. They include the Khlong Phlu waterfalls, 3 kilometers from Ao Khlong Phrao a further 20 minutes on foot; Khlong Nonsi waterfall, a 4-kilometres walk from the park headquarter; and Khiriphet and khlong Nung falls, which are about 3 kilometers from Ban Salakphet.

DAY (1):

07:00 hrs.

• Depart from Bangkok hotel by minibus/coach for Laem Ngop Pier, Trad.

12:00 hrs.

• Arrive at pier and transfer by boat to Koh Chang island Resort.
• Afternoon free for swimming and trekking.
• Dinner and overnight at Koh Chang Resort.

DAY (2):

• Breakfast at resort.
• Free day for swimming and trekking.
• Optional tour of nearby islands for snorkeling and diving to view coral.
• Dinner and overnight at Koh Chang Resort.

DAY (3):

• Breakfast at the  resort.

14:00 hrs.

• Depart from Koh Chang by boat.
• Return to Bangkok on minibus/coach.
• Arrival at about 19:00 hrs. and transfer to the hotel.
