This trip is for the one who has short time in Chiang Mai and would link to learn about several tribe villages in the North of Thailand by one day jungle trail. And also for the healthy person who want to get exercise.
08:00 hrs.
• Leave from the hotel by a local truck via Mae Tang and stop to visit Mae Malai market, the colorful and exotic local market, on the way. This is where the local people and the hill tribes meet and trade their goods mostly fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers.
• Continue to Chiang Dao and Prow District.
10:00 hrs.
Spend the whole morning to trek for 1 hour to visit Lahu hill tribe village, Baan Pathong and continue trekking for 2-3 hrs to Karen hill tribe village a Baan Phalai.
12:00 hrs.
Relax and explore around. Lunch box will provided at village.
13:00 hrs.
Continue by foot for 20 minutes to Lisu Hill tribe village then trek to Akha hill tribe village at Bann Pang Dang for 15 mins and another 1 hour to visit Palong hill tribe village Pang Dang.
16:00 hrs.
Get truck from here back to Chiang Mai.
17:30 hrs.
Arrive Chiang Mai and transfer to hotel.
